Hey Delights!
Dare I say it? I believe Spring is finally here to stay. Fingers crossed. And while it has been raining nonstop for what feels like months, today was an amazing sunny 80° day. So, I pulled out this beautiful striped dress and I felt like I was tiptoeing through the tulips. It is 🙌🏾.
It is truly everything I want in a summer dress. It’s made from amazing fabric that stretches but holds its shape. It’s so comfortable, even my girls felt summer free {aka not bound} in it. As if that wasn’t enough, it’s also a really great length, which really came in handy today because it was pretty windy at tines. And of course it really goes without saying that stripes and POCKETS are always a win.

I also added a new backpack to my collection. I got this commuter backpack after seeing one of the influencers I follow post it on Instagram. It’s a very slim bag that is meant for your laptop and other essentials. I loved I so much that I also got it in pink but it comes in a bunch of other colors also.
It was the only bag I took on my trip to Atlanta for The Plus Strut, which I will be recapping soon. I packed ALL of my clothes for the weekend in it because I hate carrying a bunch of bags and dealing with overhead bins and all that. And even more than my disdain for that, I hate checking bags. So I pack very thoughtfully and minimally. I have had a post in drafts about this forever. Maybe I will drop it this season. Maybe. 😀
I wanted to play with patterns, so I added my polka dot flats that I purchased from ASOS back in January (this cute pair with the bow is currently less than $30 on sale down from $118). I also added my gingham drop earrings, that I purchased randomly from a lady I met in a hotel elevator. Definitely a great random purchase. I last wore them here.
