{Fashion Challenge} 1 Dress. 2 Girls. 3 Ways to Rock It | High Neck Scuba Swing Dress
Zadry and I are back with another 1 Dress. 2 Girls. 3 Ways to Rock It challenge and although I have already posted a look rocking this dress, I thought it would be a perfect option for both of our bodies.
This ASOS Curve High Neck Scuba Swing Dress is such a great piece. The color is such a fun pop of what I guess you would call tomato red, although most of the time it photographs pretty orange.
Whatever you call the color, I love what an easy wearing piece it is.
I didn’t shoot a look featuring pants or leggings but expect to see me also rocking this over pieces like my camo & faux leather leggings.
Look One: Zadry – For my first look I choose to add an olive green military style jacket and my favorite brown booties. I like the versatility of this dress and I loved the way the earth tones made the dress really pop. I think I need fall to bring the weather down a little faster in Miami so I can put this outfit to the test.
Jaye – For my first look I wanted to take the dress to a whole other level from it’s casual laidback-ness and make it a little bad-ass. And because I am always looking for a way to add my faux leather fringe belt to a look, I added it and pulled out a never worn pair of pumps that I have had for at least 2 years that was the perfect compliment to it.
Zadry – For my second look I opted for something more laid back so I chose this denim shirt with my brown booties (I really love them). I tossed in two of my favorite accessories–a headwrap and silver hoops to tie the look together. I really liked how the denim shirt looked with this dress. I forget how cute layering can be, since I live in Miami I don’t get a chance to put it to use much– I mean it’s still in the high 80’s down here, and we’re in October. Can a girl get just a little cold front so that I can rock a few fall outfits please?
Look Three: Zadry – For my last look I opted to keep it simple, I just added a pair of nude flats swept up my hair in a side ponytail and I’m ready for an afternoon in Miami.
Jaye – My final look was all about transitioning the dress to Fall. I love throwing one of my faux fur vests over pieces to add that extra layer of warmth and style. And I love all the options that are available. I think I really NEED this green one.
I don’t wear these shoes nearly enough but they are so comfortable. And one of the many things that I love about this time of the year is being able to whip out my fedoras! I LOVE THEM!
