Curvatude in the Stores: Ashley Stewart UPDATED!

Just got this in an email and if this Ashley Stewart tunic looks anything in person like it does in this picture, I must have it!

They also currently have a Buy One Get One Mix & Match sale going on.

Gonna take a trip to the store to see if they have it. If they do, I will let ya know how it works out.

I made it to my local Ashley Stewart and tried this sweater on.

As you can see the one in the stores is actually a lighter color than the one in their promotional picture. {is this going to become a habit with the stores?}

I actually downsized on this one.

I am wearing a 14/16.

It actually fit pretty well and would fit even better if i didn’t have my pants and bulging belt on and if the security tag was not right at the hip.

As per its name, the tunic is asymmetricaly deigned and it is not a heavy material nor is it a thin material.

I would wear this tunic as styled with the leggings or even with a pair of tights.

Verdict: I like it enough and would buy it BUT only if it was on sale.

While there I am also eyed and tried on a few other pieces that I like.

It has been hit or miss for me with the faux leather jackets this season but i love this one.

The color is refreshing change from all the fall like colors and i love the style of it.

The girls have snatched this one up.

I am wearing a 2X because that was the only size they had. It’s only available in silver online and there was only two in the store when I tried it on.

And i totally love this jacket in both colors but especially the pink. {I couldn’t find it on their website}

Lastly, I tried on this funky collarless shirt with the “pleated” {for a lack of a better word} buttoning.

I loved it and its clever design.

Just wished that I would have worn a different bra that would have showcased it better.

{and yes i tried it on right on the sales floor..didn’t feel like running back and forth to the dressing room lol}
