Hey Delights!

Today I am off to NYC for the Fohr U: The Conference, so you can follow along on my instagram, snapchat and twitter to see what I get in.

But although I am scrambling & doing my last minute packing thing, I wanted to get this post up sharing my look as the guest blogger in the Fab 40’s style challenge hosted by Veronica of Cid Style File. Basically they choose a monthly theme and style it out and this month’s theme is “Villain”. I can not tell you how hard of a time I had coming up with someone but I ended up going with How to Get Away with Murder’s Annalise Keating. Mind you, I don’t watch the show but because of my twitter time line, I feel like I do and I know Annalise be on some major villain type mess.

Anyway, here is my interpretation of Annalise Keating’s style, which while conservative, always has a little sexiness to it. So I went with this fitted jacket and knotted skirt.

Dress: Eloquii (similar) | Blazer: Lane Bryant | Strappy Pumps: Last seen here | Similar Sunnies

Everything that I am wearing I have had forever and I am side eyeing myself for not having rocked this dress sooner. It has literally been in my closet for like a year and it is pretty awesome.

Thanks for inviting me Veronica!

Check out the other looks on her site!
