{shopping} in the stores…h&m+

while in NYC i decided to run into h&m on 34th street to check out their h&m+ offerings.

i snapped a few (blurry)pics with my iphone.

i also purchased a couple of pieces but later returned them because they were both size 2x and just too big for me.

i would have kept this top in a smaller size.
i loved the material.

i loved the colors but this top is made just too boxy…
even in a 1x this would not have worked for me.
i like pieces that are more form fitting.

i wish brands would consider being creative and use techniques like ruching and 
stretch fabrics in lieu of just making a box that they think will fit more bodies…
le sigh… 

overall i felt it was a decent start. i wasn’t knocked off my feet by it but i saw things that i liked.

if you look at their website, there are a few pieces in both the h&m+ and regular range and there is a little of everything, dresses, jackets, tops, etc.

so, i am remaining positive and will be watching with eagles eyes on what comes next with this line.

oh and if the tweet they sent me in december still stands, we will finally be able to shop h&m online here in the states this year.
