It was a sad day when the closing of the NYC boutique Re/Dress was announced awhile back, so it was definitely exciting to hear that Sonsi is keeping Re/Dress alive with a new online boutique.
The plus size retail brand will feature vintage-inspired dresses, sweaters, tops, and their super cute, colorful teggings (part tight, part leggings).
In celebration of the new launch, Sonsi invited several bloggers to pick an item from the current collection to style in our own unique ways.
When I first saw this gorgeous Pink Flamingo Sun Dress, I knew it was the item from the collection that I wanted to rock. It is the most pretty of pinks and the pleats were just made for one of my favorite things to do in a fun, flirty, dress…twirl!!!
It is such a fabulous pink and it feels so good on. Not binding or restrictive.
And since it is officially Fall, I decided at the last minute to show a few of
the many ways that I would wear it in cooler weather.
I love pink and black together, so I stayed close in that family but I
could have also worn shrugs, blazers tops, sweaters, hosiery
in all sorts of colors with this dress. Oh and I meant to wear
my tall boots with the feather cape look and forgot
to pack them but I rock my booties with everything 😉
First look: Rockin the dress as a skirt.
I added an obi belt, metal clutch, booties and some of my fav silver accessories

It’s not super obvious in the pic but the shoes are tweed.
This box clutch is one of my favorite bags!
Second look: I added a great blazer, funky belt and my box clutch
I also switched out a couple of the bangles…
Third look: A fun night out vibe with the feather cape and faux snake skin clutch.
I had planned to wear a sweater with this look but it was left at my flat too.
In spite of the couple of pieces that didn’t make their way into the looks,
I think what did shows some easy ways to transition a summery dress into the cooler months.
Slipped on my animal print cap toe and heel wedges and did a little twirling!
And a major shout out to my Joe who snapped these pics and
