I hope that you were able to take the concepts we discussed on Day 6, the three things hack and the timer method and apply them to your routine.
Today we’re going to get a little more introspective again and talk about some thing that can really make a huge difference in your life.
It is something that I know the value of and that I have over the years try to add to my life but I have honestly not always been as successful as I have wanted to be.
But because I know that there’s just so much power in it, I am going to add it to my current evening routine & I think it might be of value for you.

The 12 Days of January 2021 podcast series features actions that you can take during the first 12 days of January to create habits & rituals that will instantly improve the quality of your life throughout the year.
The name of the series is a play on one of my favorite Christmas carols, The 12 Days of Christmas, which is of course the countdown of the series of increasingly grand gifts that a true love gives to the receiver.
And I chose that because these small actions that you will be encouraged to make during The 12 Days of January are all about focusing on yourself and giving yourself options to make your life instantly better.
