{Fashion} Eloquii Opens a Store in Chicago!

Hey Delights!

I am so excited to share with you that the first Eloquii store in the Midwest is opening here in Chicago on Thursday and it is going to be amazing! We celebrated with a blogger breakfast in a gorgeous suite at The Gwen and a tour of the store located at The Shops at North Bridge on Michigan Avenue. {more on that to come}.

I rocked this gorgeous orange ruffle overlay wrap dress (c/o) and played up it’s beautiful color with these vibrant pink ruffle mid heels and I seriously felt amazing! It is such a great color combo.

I have been an Eloquii stan since they began way back in 2012 and had a shop in shop in The Limited store here in Chicago. I have also modeled the brand for a local TV show and I was so bummed out when they shut the brand down because I was so happy to be able to walk into a store and try on & buy clothes that not only fit me but were stylish & well made.

So of course fast forward to 2014 when Eloquii reemerged under the direction of Jodi Arnold, who was the VP of design for the brand when it was under The Limited and I was so excited!.

Little did I know exactly how SHOOK we would all be. Because what Jodi and her team have managed to do has been AMAZING and completely exceeded any expectations that I had.

Eloquii has become synonymous with great plus size fashion for work and play. And I don’t think that there is another brand that is currently coming close to doing plus size fashion the way that they are.

I mean the prints alone are epic! And there is a faux leather floral print skirt that blew my mind. It is not on the site yet and it like some of the other pieces will hit the store before the website which is just 💃for those of us with access to the Chicago and the DC stores!!

And the DRESSES! Like come thru elegant and sexy! And this is just a small sample of what is available.

And speaking of dresses, this dress that I rocked in December comes in a rainbow of colors, 9 to be exact, in a non off the shoulder style and I saw them in person yesterday and LOVE!

I also love the way that they have fun with textures. The ruffles and lace are a particular favorite of mine.

So needless to say, I love…love…love having a store once again here in Chicago. Stay tuned!
