{What I Wore} Rockin’ Pleats and Plaid
Hey Fabs!
As I wrote about in my Adam Lippes for Target #PlusSizePick’s post, this plaid duster was a must have. It’s obviously a great looking piece but what I was not expecting, was that it would be made of such a great material. This is definitely a cool weather piece, made of heavy weight sweater material and it has been perfect layered over my jackets on these cool Fall days.
The day that I wore it in these pics was one of our Indian summer days and it was definitely a little warm paired with my faux leather culottes (which now also comes in a sexy dark green & garnet and they also now have a suede version). Viva la culottes! I am loving that they have made a comeback in so many fab ways, especially in PLUS SIZES!
I am also geeked at the ways that plaid is showing up, like in the chunkier style on this duster. The classic print has definitely been reborn in fun ways. And I can not say it enough but this pleated sleeved top was definitely one of my best purchases EVER! It just always adds that little something extra special to any look that I add it to.
