{Beauty} Review: Colgate Optic White Platinum Express White Toothpaste #TargetStyle

Did you snag the Fall Target Beauty Box?  As I mentioned in my unboxing of the box, I am somewhat of a fanatic about my teeth and I try to keep them as white as I can.

It’s been a while since I have used any kind of whitening product & my teeth could definitely use a little whitening boost, so I have started using the Colgate Optic White Platinum Express White Toothpaste that came in the box.

Colgate Optic White Platinum Express White Toothpaste utilizes hydrogen peroxide to whiten your teeth. The promise is that your teeth should be whiter after 3 days of using it as directed, although for maximum results you should use it for 4 weeks.

I have been using it for a few days and took a couple of snaps of my teeth, which btw are the hardest things to photograph without looking…just weird. Anyway, I took pictures of my premolars because they are the teeth that are the most in need of whitening and here is a before pic and day 3 comparison pic.

I can already see whiter areas on certain teeth. The toothpaste has a nice minty flavor and I like that I am whitening my teeth just by doing something that I do every day, brushing them. There are no trays or strips or any hassle to deal with like with some of the other whitening products.

I also haven’t experienced any sensitivity which is sometimes possible with whitening products, so I will definitely continue to use it and see what my results are after a full month of consistent use.
