{Featured} Drop Ya Pants! Join The #Underwareness Movement! #sp

Thank you to Depend for sponsoring today’s post about the #underwareness movement.

Alright ladies since we are all friends here, I am just going to keep it real and share something that for whatever reasons is viewed as taboo to some folks.

But aint no shame in my game and if you follow me on social media you have probably seen tweets like the following:

Being sick and coughing my brains out always reminds me that I need to step up my kegel tightening game 😐

Bladder leakage is a condition that affects millions of people of all ages, so while I don’t suffer from it on a regular basis, there are times when control of my bladder is not totally my own, So, when the opportunity came about to try Depend Silhouette Active Fit for myself, I jumped on it.

From the first moment I took them out of the box I was incredibly impressed. The Depend Silhouette Active Fit briefs felt like I was wearing a really comfortable pair of underwear with a little extra padding. I mean I was really surprised at how much they really feel and look like panties.

I wore them to the gym just to really give them a workout and they held up with no tearing, pinching and the padding is not crazy bulky so I didn’t feel self conscious about them at all. They fit under my workout pants like any other underwear.

And while at this point in my life, my need for this product would mainly be during times such as those noted above, I am glad that they exist because over 51 million American women experience bladder leakage. That’s 1 in every 3 women! And apparently more people in their 20’s suffer from some form of bladder leakage than people in their 80’s do.

Depend offers a variety of discreet products that help people break the stigma of bladder leakage and you can get samples of this particular product line, the Silhouette Active Fit HERE! This line comes in two colors, black and beige and features a low rise fit that offers moderate absorbency.

And you can take part in the #Underwearness social movement by sharing photos and videos using the #Underwareness hastag and Depend will donate $1 for every one up to $3 million, through 2016 to fund charities that advance research and education related to bladder leakage.

Now maybe this isn’t currently an issue for you but perhaps you know someone that it is an issue for, or maybe you are like me and sometimes have a need for a product like this, whatever the case, you should totally snag some samples. Get them HERE!

What say you? Is bladder leakage an issue you are familiar with?
