{Holiday Home} #DIY Advent Calendar

Hey Delights!

Soooo…remember that DIY Advent Calendar that I made last Christmas

Well it has been resurrected from my craft dump box and tweaked (no branches this time) and has made its way onto my wall again! And this time it actually happened on the first day of Advent!

WOOT!

Initially the tree was trunk-less but the wee one helped me make this little green stump and she even completed activity #1 with me, as we spent part of the night playing games on pbs kids, so not exactly board games but games nonetheless. (Get it in how you can!!!)

As noted in my post from last year, the little envelopes/cards and mini clothes pins are from The Container Store (I used red this year instead of the natural colored ones) and the labels are from the dollar and more section at Target.

I stenciled the day’s number onto each label and used the printouts from last year of activities since we didn’t do most of them, added the cute red star ornament and there you have it!
