{My Style} Fab Werkwear Series: Classic White Shirt
I came across Fab Ellis’ Fab Werkwear Series today & although I don’t work in an office, I thought it would be fun to join in & flex my office “werkwear” style.
When I used to work in corporate America for the most part my attire was pretty office casual & consisted of simple silhouettes with splatters of my favorite things like pops of color & fun prints.
This would so be an easy, throw on and go Monday morning look. A classic white shirt, animal print skirt, pop of red and my trusty black faux leather peplum jacket.
Everything I am wearing is pretty old. The classic white shirt is from Lane Bryant. I love this similar style. It’s a staple for any wardrobe and although I don’t wear mine often, when I want that professional, pulled together vibe, I reach for it.
The skirt and laptop clutch are both random finds from Burlington Coat Factory.
The belt is from Eloquii 1.0, the faux leather peplum jacket (similar one here with ponte knit) is from Kohl’s and I love that it dresses up any outfit because it is cut so well and so classically.
The shoeties have had plenty of play in multiple looks here on le blog because they are fab with skirts, dresses or your fav jeans. They are sold out but these Nine West booties are super fab.
