{OOTD} Rockin’ Bright Neon + Hip Huggin Mesh!

I’ve had this Mossimo jacket for weeks and thought it was time that it got it’s full due on the blog.

I love it. It’s so bright and the bottom zips off!

Hips don’t lie in this skirt!
