{Dressing Room} eloquii by The Limited Holiday Collection

eloquii recently added some fabulous pieces for the holiday so of course
I headed over to the shop to get my hands on some of them.

Oh and if you have had your eye on some of their dresses,
today is the day to snag them, as all dresses are 50% off today only.
Today 11/12/12’s glam 50% off deal is on sweaters & tops!

Check out my previous dressing room post here for some great options,

I am totally in love with this dress.
The slit sleeves are so sexy to me and I love the buttons & pleats at the wrist.

This metallic drapey jacket is TDF! It is so soft and i love the color,
which is a mixture of cream and grey.
I don’t normally do a lot of tweed but I loved the colors in this blazer and skirt.
The pictures don’t do it justice, it is a very soft, peachy tan with speckles of  brown.
I have on an 18, so I would need to size up to a 20 in both pieces.
I am wearing this blouse in cream and it is a wardrobe staple that can be
worn with everything from jeans to suits.
And this faux fur vest is so soft and fun, there was no leaving without it.
I sized up to 20 in this one, so that I would have more room to wear whatever
I want under it, and the front would still stay completely connected at the hips.
But if you don’t mind having the separation like in the below picture (where I am
wearing a size 16 that I grabbed by mistake), and depending on your hip
measurements, you may not need/want to size up.
Now on to the sequin pencil skirt.
I really wanted to love this because it is so beautiful and
well made and has a nice amount of stretch to it and is very comfortable on
but there is an issue with it.
In every single skirt that they had in the store, the lining is slightly longer than the skirt.
So, you have to play around with it to get it to not show.
But other than that, I really loved it and it is so pretty.
I had to go with my high size in this one and would even consider going one up,
as you can see it hugs my hips, which is not something that bother
me but sometimes depending on fabric, etc I prefer a looser fit.
I do these dressing room posts, so that you can get an idea of how a piece or style might work for you,
so here are my current measurements to hopefully give you an even better idea 😉

 Height 5’9 1/2″ Bust 51″ Waist 41″ Hips 51.5″ Inseam 30.5″
, 44DDD   42F (updated 11/10/12 during my Style & Fit event),
Size 18/20 or 1x 2x depending on style/brand/cut
