{ootd} Dorothy Perkins Panel Dress + Steve Harvey Show

I have had this dress for months and this is my second time wearing it. 

The first time was to the events in this post but I didn’t really say much about it.

Today I wore it to a taping of the Steve Harvey Show, which was one of the most 

fun times ever.

Steve was of course ridiculously funny and it was totally 

worth getting up at 5:30 in the morning for it, although we were so hoping to be
in on the Michelle O’Bama taping, but it was taped at the show after ours…boo!!!

One of the things I like the most about Steve’s show is the focus on relationships. 

 And Steve of course always gives advice in his own special way.

Anyway, I really like this dress. Actually, I have yet to meet a Dorothy 

Perkins dress that I didn’t love, they just do them so well.

The colorblocking with the black on the sides is very curve enhancing and the little 

side peplums are a cute touch that keeps those extra love handles under cover 😉

I love this Steve Madden trench (similar here and here) and I totally forgot
about these shoes that I picked up months ago at Violette
but now they will be getting lots of prime time.
