{fun} Randolph Market Editor’s Choice for Charity
The final Randolph Street Market of the summer season is going on this weekend and last night I went to select my Editor’s Choice for Charity items.
It’s no secret that I love this market. And every time I go, the visual stimulation, the great vendors that I end up talking to for long periods of time, the air of fun and exploration, all make me fall even more in love with it.
My last Editor’s Choice picks can be found here and the fun holiday display I created with products from various Market vendors for the Editor’s Entertaining Extravaganza Holiday Table last year are here.
This time around, it was all about accessories for me.
be found…le sigh…probably for the best but man did I want it.
The owner Kimberly was very sweet and she has lots of fab jewelry
and these huge door knockers called out to me the moment I saw them.
5. Handmade Felt Handbag
Vendor: The Winding Road located on the first floor.
I loved the products from this vendor from day one and even own
one of her felt bags in a delicious chocolate. Marla works really hard to
bring quality goods and she is bringing the most fabulous colors this season.
My charity of choice for this event is the Greater Chicago Food Depository. I chose them because their goal is basic, that people have food to eat (consider a donation why don’t ya?)
I will be back there tomorrow and if you are in Chicago, it is a must visit!
