{life} is swooshin along…

things are busy busy and i am so playing catch up with numerous posts sitting in the queue waiting for video and photos to be edited, etc but hey, i am not complaining, it’s all been fun and a tad exhausting but life is good…


here are a few highlights and there will be separate blogs coming for some of the other big events.

oh and yes, i am rockin new hair!

after the Sassy City Chicks event, i went on a cruise last night and it was fantastic…

i was with one of my other besties, Jonquil and the weather had finally cooled off a bit 

and the sky put on a fantastic show. 

also, i wanted to mention for my luvs in chicago that the Randolph Street Market is this weekend and as always, there will be something for everyone and it’s a really fun time, with music and good eats.


the season opener last month was a blast and I am so excited for this season.


i arrived around 8:30 am to partake in the media breakfast festivities and to start the hunt for 3 items that I would award my Editor’s Choice award to.


mind you this was a daunting task because there was so much that I loved but I eventually narrowed it down to these items.

The weather on Saturday was fantastic and the energy was fun and of course 

the shopping options were endless!

Along with a lot of the regular vendors, there were a slew of new ones selling everything 

from jewelry to clothing to furniture and of course antique and vintage galore.
