I love this sexy curve hugging red dress that Marissa Jaret Winokur is rocking.

She wore it while out promoting the new daytime talk show, {creatively titled The Talk} that she will be arm chairing with a bunch of other ladies.

And note the huge change in her hair!

She has gone from brown and curly to pow wow straight blonde and it actually looks really good on her.

As for the show, people are already slamming it as a The View wanna-be and only time will tell but she seems really excited about it.
