Happy Anniversay, Happy Anniversary..

Although technically I did not blog the entire year, today is the 1 year calendar anniversary of this, my beloved blog.

I started Jan 7th, 2009, wrote a few posts in January and February and did not blog again until August. Mainly because I was still trying to decide what direction I wanted to take with it and secondly because I had a lot personal mess going on in my life and I went against my own rules and let it sway my focus for a good long while.

Gladly, I have gotten thru the drama and reminded myself that being stagnant and sulking is boring and not my thang at all.

Anyway, I was looking back and realized that my blogging, albeit sporadic at times, has definitely changed during the past year.

I still have a lot of the same goals that have been listed on the site since day one:

To build out curvatude.com, which honestly I haven’t spent that much energy on because I really like my blog and the way it looks and feels, so using the actual domain name really isn’t high on my current list but still a goal for the future.

I own it and it’s not going anywhere and besides I have so many posts that lead right here, so I am not in a hurry to switch.

Events on the other hand are definitely still high on my current to do list in a serious way and I can’t wait to start having them, it’s going to be so much fun.

Image consulting events are still pretty high up there also. I typed out the services months ago. It’s now just a matter of devoting the time to bring it to the public.

I also have picked up new goals along the way that I am very excited about.

But enough about my goals.. for now..
