Hey Delights!
I have never had a pink power suit but I knew the moment that I saw this pink blazer and pink pants from the Eloquii 9 to 5 Kit, I knew the time had come to rock one.
In case you aren’t familiar with it, the Eloquii 9 to 5 Kit is a collection of work-wear pieces that were made to mix and match for a bunch of easy looks.
As per our disclosure policy, we use affiliate links that may result in compensation if you click links & make purchasesIn addition to pink, the blazer and pants also come in your more conservative black and blue. And there are a bunch of tops and a great elevated sheath dress in the collection that comes in all three of the colors also.
A few things to note…
- The fabric used for the blazer & pants is a great weighted stretch material and I was really surprised at the prices, which are way lower than your typical work pieces, especially the blazer. And Eloquii is offering additional discounts if you buy multiply pieces from the kit.
- I sized up 2 sizes in the pants because I wanted a looser fit. I am normally an 18 but I purchased a 22. They come in 3 lengths, short, regular and long. I purchased them in the regular and while I am fine with the length, if you like pants to end below your ankle, you should consider the long.
- I sized up to my high size, 20 in the blazer because I always have to have more room for my upper arms.
I wore the suit to a fun night at Carnivale celebrating my peeps of FoodieChats. It felt like the good old days when social media was all about twitter and tweetups. It was so much fun!
To add even more pink power to the look, I wore my pink and white striped drawstring long sleeve top, which I sized up to a size 3x in. I love how the sleeves added such a fun cuff vibe to the look. And my new go to’s, my white kitten heel boots completed the look. We were salsa dancing and they were soooo insanely comfortable. Definitely purchase of the year so far. I also wore my Who What Wear gingham trench coat (reviewed here).
Have you tried any of the Eloquii 9 to 5 Kit pieces?
